Litentry Has Created an Official Partnership With Map Protocol to Jointly Promote Cross-chain Did Solutions
Litentry and MAP Protocol announced that they have reached a partnership and Litentry will provide aggregate identity services to MAP Protocol.
MAP Protocol is an open and fully decentralized chain-to-chain interoperability protocol. Litentry is a decentralized identity aggregator based on Polkadot that provides Web3.0 aggregate identity services through the cross-chain aggregation of identity data.
Through this cooperation, Litentry will integrate the cross-chain identity data on the MAP protocol and support the account association and identity management of the MAP Protocol; MAP Protocol will become a data provider in the Litentry network. At the same time, Litentry and MAP Protocol are exploring the further integration of the implementation of the MAP Protocol cross-chain protocol, allowing developers to directly access the Litentry network and use the MAP Protocol cross-chain protocol to achieve interoperability between chains.
This cooperation will connect MAP Protocol and the Polkadot ecosystem, which will not only bring new opportunities for Litentry and MAP Protocol, but also create new opportunities for the entire DID field.
In the future, MAP Protocol will cooperate with Litentry to conduct extensive and in-depth researches and discussions on cross-chain DID solutions and the possibility of new functions.
About Litentry (https://www.litentry.com/)
Litentry is a cross-chain identity aggregation protocol that features a Substrate-built network, mobile app and identity-related tools. The protocol enables identity linking across different networks and facilitates decentralization and transparency in identity credit computation. Litentry provides a secure vehicle through which users manage their identities and dApps obtain real-time credit/reputation of an identity owner across different blockchains.
MAP Protocol (https://www.maplabs.io/)
MAP Protocol is an open, fully decentralized, chain-to-chain interoperation protocol that enables the interoperability of multiple blockchains. Such interoperability could be achieved among different blockchain system or among several Layer-2 subchains. MAP Protocol expects to construct a future inter-chain-net, which is interoperable and chain-to-chain based. The ecosystem built on MAP Protocol can provide a solid infrastructure for DeFi, DEX, AI, IoT, traceability, and governance filed by cross-chain communication, privacy computation, shared storage, etc
